Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Status: Full-Time Shift: Day Pay Range: $56.66 - $70.12 per hour The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. 12,000 Sign On Bonus Assists the nuclear physician with the implementation of special imaging procedures. Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Two years hospital experience as a staff technologist preferred. Abides by standards established by the hospital, state and federal regulatory agencies.

• Assists the nuclear physician with the implementation of special imaging procedures.
• Calibrates the dose calibrator and performs QC procedures on gamma cameras per departmental protocols and notifies the lead tech of any malfunctions/issues promptly.
• Identifies the patients (both IP and OP) per hospital SOP before starting any procedure.
• Performs all hot lab related functions such as receiving, using and discarding of Radio-pharmaceuticals following/applying vendor, departmental and DEP rules and regulations strictly.
