Just a general clean of most common used areas. 1 bd, 1bth, living room, kitchen and floors vacuumed or mopped. The other unused rooms (2 bd, 1/2 bath) in the home can possibly be touched up once a month. Basically just a dust and vacuum. A touch up in the half second bathroom.
