The pay range for these positions starts at $16.92- $21.92 an hour for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Schedule Full-time, 7:45 AM-4:15 PM M-F Location Minnetonka or Hopkins (we are hiring for 1 staff at Hopkins, 1 staff at Minnetonka) Program Summary St. David's Preschool Autism Day Treatment provides both early intervention and family support services to preschool age clients with autism spectrum disorder. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play‑based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies to provide support for the challenges associated with autism. Position Overview & Responsibilities Provide treatment room support by working with individual children and/or in small groups to implement treatment goals for each child. Work as a member of a multi‑disciplinary team to carry out therapeutic interventions and support generalization of skill development. Support treatment room functioning by assisting with the daily set‑up of the room and materials necessary to support activities and interventions. Provide support for functional activities such as toileting, snack/lunch time, outside, and gym time. Assist with schedules and clerical treatment room activities in support of the Mental Health Practitioners.
