You'll collaborate with an engaged district team to ensure continuity of education until a new placement is arranged—anticipated to last from a couple of weeks to about a month, subject to change.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials
• Demonstrated experience delivering specially designed instruction in an online or virtual setting
• Ability to work effectively one-on-one with elementary-aged students
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Tech-savvy, with reliable internet connectivity and familiarity with virtual education tools
• Capable of collaborating with families, service providers, and district staff as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide two hours per week of direct, virtual instruction tailored to student learning needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with support teams
• Allow for indirect service time to support planning, reporting, or consultation
• Adapt instructional strategies to ensure the student’s goals and IEP requirements are fully supported
• Coordinate with the district to adjust scheduling and service delivery, as needed, for both the student and the broader educational team
