FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment at 11500 Maybelline Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117. Full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm. Pay $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Applicants must have experience operating floor machines and be able to work independently. Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment, including automated large‑area cleaning equipment. Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstery care such as shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
