- $110,000–$140,000 base salary, plus bonus and profit sharing
- Hybrid schedule with work-from-home flexibility

- Additional flex time outside tax season
- Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns
- Manage a client portfolio, including advisory, communication, and billing responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop staff accountants and senior associates
- Research technical tax matters and provide clear, practical recommendations
- Active CPA with 5+ years of tax experience in a small to midsized public accounting firm required
