Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 Join a dynamic and diverse law firm dedicated to providing strategic partnership, excellence, and innovation. If you're ready to advance your career in our Accounting & Analysis department as a Partnership Accountant, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee partner profit allocation and calculate partner compensation Manage partner draw and distribution payments, coordinating with Payroll for accuracy Track partner movements monthly and ensure compliance with partnership agreements Maintain partner paid-in-capital and coordinate bank loans and capital return payments Prepare budget and forecast schedules related to partner payments Conduct year-end close processes and prepare relevant journal entries Support ad-hoc requests related to partner compensation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred) 3-5 years of partnership accounting experience; law firm experience is a plus Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with MS Word merge is beneficial How to Apply: Please send your application to View email address on click.appcast.io .
