Cashier Job Description

Fuddruckers is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic shift lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team during assigned shift
• Assisting the Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
• Managing and training staff to provide excellent customer service
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory and supply levels
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Preparing financial reports and analyzing data to make informed business decisions

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and train staff
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong creative skills and ability to think out of the box
