Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Drexel Hill, PA. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other clinical purposes. Enter patient data accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed. Travel to additional sites when required. Act as the face of Labcorp by delivering exceptional service. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist. 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience (preferred). Certification or training program from an accredited agency. Proven track record of exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
