If you love the fast-paced energy of a restaurant kitchen and take pride in serving up delicious food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to Red Robin's recipes, standards, and plating specifications Operate and maintain grill, fryer, sauté station, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution during high-volume service Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health codes Assist with prep work, stocking, and restocking stations as needed Requirements: Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire About Us: Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews has been crafting craveable, made-to-order burgers and bottomless sides for guests across North America for decades.
