S & L Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team in Oconto Falls, WI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for service advisors, technicians and customers needing automotive parts, providing expert advice and service. You will work closely with our service and parts departments to support efficient operations and contribute to customer satisfaction.

• Provide accurate part information, availability, and pricing details.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and work area.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Assist customers and sales team in selecting parts and accessories.

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
