Property Accountant

Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely financial reports Track and analyze property-level financial performance. Ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance across the portfolio. Qualifications High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; property management software experience (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling Must have previous experience in a Property Accountant role Benefits Peak Management provides compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, and life insurance, on‑call premium, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with generous employer matching.
