Shift Manager up to $17

This position is for a Shift Manager in a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Lead the crew and other managers during shifts to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition. Support departments in meeting their goals and targets during your shift. Handle duties outlined in the “As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For” list below. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
