Senior Test / QA Lead

Job Description As a Test /QA Lead you will have the opportunity to: Create and maintain test strategy / plans Analyze and interpret design specifications, business requirements and apply information to the testing process Create and document test cases/test scripts Participate in daily scrum meetings Develop / Monitor & Report daily test execution plans Drive & triage defects Transform the testing team to adopt tools / agile ways of working & enabling collection of quality metrics Interface with the customer / influence them / provide accurate status Improve team morale & support team development including offshore Minimum education qualification A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have: 11+ years as QA Analyst / QA lead with progressive responsibility as a lead Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation Experience gathering requirements Experience writing test scripts and test planning Experience using testing tools (Preferably Rally, HP ALM) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment Experience in Java/C# development experience is preferred Experience with Service Level testing using SOAP UI is a must Setup Test Data & Troubleshoot UNIX logs Automation using Selenium or similar tools Performance Test a plus Extensive Telecom Background a must Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ask IT consulting
