We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide executive-level financial leadership for a portfolio of organizations. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and governing boards, overseeing financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and long-term planning initiatives. The role also includes leading and developing finance teams, strengthening client relationships, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and boards.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.Lead audit preparation and regulatory reporting efforts.Manage and develop high-performing accounting and finance teams.Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business development activities.
