Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, evaluating the mental health and social-emotional needs of students, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and strengths.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques as needed to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, while documenting progress and outcomes of interventions.

• Engage in collaborative practice with educators and other mental health professionals, contributing to a multidisciplinary team approach that supports student success.

• Participate actively in case consultations and supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and share best practices with colleagues.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, effective coping strategies, and community resources, advocating for their needs and empowering them to seek additional support as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on providing mental health support to school-aged children and adolescents. You will work with a diverse population, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school or community setting.

• Strong skills in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with students, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within telehealth modalities is preferred, as well as familiarity with virtual treatment tools and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
