How you'll make an impact in this role

• Implement a domestic care plan (Bathing, dressing, meals, errands, cleaning, laundry).

• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Report participant concerns/status changes to supervisor.

• Provide Home Health services in various locations.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Valid Driver's License
