We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority…helping their clients move forward in life! Currently hiring at all locations Loop Lakeview Broadway Lakeview Belmont River North In this role you, you will Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional) Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis Perks and Benefits Compensation: $45-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure Part-time (12hrs+) or full-time (24+ attended sessions requirement) 401k match up to 4% $500 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees & CE courses $100 Monthly Wellness Reimbursement Stipend to support your own self-care routine 10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance Flexible scheduling: Work/life balance (we encourage you to build a manageable caseload) Hybrid Model: Fully Telehealth/Remote (optional) / In-person (where medically necessary for clients) Access to continuing education Opportunities for internal promotion Qualifications & Minimum Requirements Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT) Master’s in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to1-year prior experience in a clinical setting Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial Family-focused therapy Multi-systemic therapy CBT | DBT | ACT EMDR (must be certified) Hypnosis (must be certified and show proof from an accredited organization) Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management) CADC Marriage and Family Therapy We celebrate diversity when it comes to all backgrounds and identities, and we encourage applications from minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, candidates of all ages, and nontraditional backgrounds.
