Role Overview

As a Support Spec- Utilization Rev, you'll be a vital part of our Utilization Review team, ensuring time-sensitive authorization tracking and resolution processes run smoothly. You'll work closely with third-party payers to obtain and track approvals, denials, and

additional information

requests within our EMR system, directly contributing to efficient patient care and operational success.

What You Will Do

• Obtain and track approvals, denials, and

  additional information

  requests from third-party payers within the EMR.
• Ensure timely resolution of authorization processes to support patient care and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve department outcomes.

What You Will Need

Required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Working knowledge of computers and software systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience working in Epic.
