We're interested in speaking with experienced veterinarians who combine strong clinical capabilities with a genuine interest in developing people and building a positive hospital culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Pennsylvania

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An interest in mentorship and veterinarian development
• Strong clinical judgment
• A collaborative approach to leadership
• Commitment to exceptional patient and client care
• Ability to positively influence clinical standards and team culture
