Senior Oracle EPM Integration Lead (Complex / Multi-Module)

Job Description This role is responsible for designing and building complex integrations across multiple Oracle EPM modules, ensuring seamless data flow between FCCS, ARCS, and downstream systems such as TRCS, EPBCS, PCM, and EDM. They manage interdependencies across platforms to keep financial data aligned across reporting, planning, and reconciliation processes, while also integrating HCM and third‑party data sources into the broader ecosystem. On a day‑to‑day basis, they build and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, and automation jobs, while proactively troubleshooting integration failures and resolving data discrepancies. The role partners closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and plays a key role in supporting implementation milestones, testing cycles, and overall go‑live readiness. Pay will vary between 80 - 100/hr depending on experience. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle EPM integration experience Strong experience with FCCS and ARCS (core anchor systems) Strong experience with multiple EPM modules: TRCS, EPBCS, PCM, FreeForm, EDM Proven experience building end‑to‑end integrations across multiple EPM modules Experience with Oracle Data Management / Data Exchange / FDMEE Ability to work with REST APIs, EPM Automate, or file‑based integrations Experience integrating EPM with HCM systems and third‑party tools Strong understanding of: Data mappings Financial hierarchies and dimensions Cross‑application dependencies within EPM Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations (design → build → deploy) Ability to troubleshoot failed integrations and data flow issues Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or ODI Prior experience integrating HR/HCM data into financial systems Experience in large, complex multi‑module EPM environments Accounting/finance background (close, reconciliation, planning) Oracle EPM certifications We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
