Senior Integration Architect – Chicago (Contract) Credera is hiring a Senior Integration Architect for a contract role in Chicago. This role focuses on designing and implementing complex integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to achieve scalable, enterprise-level solutions that align with client objectives. Responsibilities Integration Design: Design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront Workflow with systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and others. Build System Architecture: Develop scalable system architectures to solve complex technical problems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation to achieve client business objectives. Configure iPaaS Solutions: Configure and implement Workfront Fusion to create robust integrations and automations, including: Workfront automations to streamline project management and task workflows. Integrations with Adobe to access campaign briefs, target personas, timelines, and product messaging from Workfront Planning to streamline marketing workflows, enhancing campaign execution and content creation. Integrations with AEM for content delivery and asset management. Connections to other third-party SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Workday, JIRA to enable end-to-end content supply chain efficiency. Strategic Consulting: Facilitate high-level consulting sessions to translate complex business needs into robust integration architectures. Trusted Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies to align with business goals. Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and address technical challenges through tailored integrations and automations. Testing & Deployment: Support development and execution of testing plans for integrations, ensuring data integrity, functionality, and readiness for successful go‑live deployments. Process Optimization: Leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes, integrating with AEM and GenAI tools to drive efficiency in PLM and ALM workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical, creative, and customer success teams to ensure integrations align with AEM, GenAI, and other platforms. Qualifications Experience designing and implementing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations that align with client business objectives. Experience in consulting for SaaS or content supply chain environments. Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks, including: Authentication methods such as OAuth, basic auth, API keys. Web services such as REST, SOAP. Data and file formats such as XML, JSON, PDF, CSV, MD. Strong experience connecting Workfront to systems like Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, and AEM to other SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Workday, JIRA. Strong knowledge of Workfront’s architecture and capabilities, including work automations, Workfront Proof, and integration with AEM for content and asset management. Understanding of content supply chain workflows and ability to apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile. Exceptional interpersonal skills, experience leading requirements gathering, facilitating strategic workshops, delivering training, and presenting solutions. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to create clear documentation, technical specifications, and strategic recommendations. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred). Adobe Workfront Fusion certification required. Adobe Workfront certification highly preferred. Travel This position may require approximately 10-20% travel. Compensation Chicago Pay Range: $160,000 – $200,000 USD. Benefits Health, mental health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
