Inside Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to fill a full‑time position at our corporate location in Coventry, Rhode Island. Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service that includes timely and accurate quotes and orders. Coordinate quote and order processing for outside sales reps. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and email. Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services. Qualifications Solid computer skills required - knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Bistrack a plus. Ability to prioritize workload. Possess both time management and organizational skills. Building material sales and customer service experience. Desire to continually learn new products and services. Be a team player and effectively communicate with management and co‑workers. Prior industry experience a plus, but not required. Schedule Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5 PM Vision Care Insurance. 401K with company match. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience (BOE). Weekly pay.
