DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Overview and Key AccountabilitiesCommercial line : The Health Plan Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting members with complex questions about benefits, billing, and enrollment.100% inbound (telephonic) customer service. The Health Plan Specialist will take approximately 50-70 calls per day during the peak Open Enrollment season.
