We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Garden Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fitchburg, WI Store. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of a thriving retail garden center.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the garden center
• Hire, coach and train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and product displays
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized and visually appealing environment - both indoors and outdoors
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire buying experience

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems, inventory control, purchasing, and database management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, seasonal sales cycles, and garden center products preferred
• Associate's degree in management, Horticulture, or related field preferred
• Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends
• Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
