Video Production Coordinator

Frazer Church in Montgomery, AL, is seeking a new Video Production Coordinator to join our creative team. Frazer is a thriving, Christ-centered, intergenerational church with a rich history of innovation in media ministry. Frazer’s goal as a church family is simple: to fulfill the Great Commission by living the Great Commandment, and the media ministry is a primary component of that vision. With time slots on five local stations, a partnership with the internationally distributed stationGreater Love TV, and our online presence, Frazer reaches thousands of viewers every week.This position will play a vital role in executing the creative projects for Frazer’s worship services, special events, television audiences, social media platforms, and more. Reports to: Minister of Story Department: Creative Team Schedule: Full-Time (Sunday–Thursday, with occasional after-hours responsibilities as needed) Position Summary The Video Production Coordinator at Frazer Church plays a vital role in telling the story of what God is doing throughout the Frazer Family by producing compelling video and photo content. This position supports the Minister of Story and works closely with the Communications Director to capture, create, and distribute engaging media for worship services, events, social media, broadcast, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative, flexible, teachable, technically skilled production professional with strong Christian character who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative ministry environment. Primary Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and b-roll of church services, ministries, and events Shoot and edit video content for worship services, events, social media, and promotional use Assist with all video production aspects of church-wide events Assist in the production and recording of podcasts Assist in overseeing and coordinating media and production volunteers Assist in preparing and occasionally running ProPresenter for services, rehearsals, or events Other responsibilities Help maintain production equipment and ensure proper functionality Troubleshoot technical issues in studio and event environments Organize and maintain Frazer’s media archive Help design and install technical solutions for video needs around campus Assist in maintaining organization and care of the TV studio and production areas Actively participate in the life of the church Other duties as needed Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in video production, media, communications, or related field OR several years of relevant experience Experience in church production environments preferred Working knowledge of ProPresenter strongly preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in Apple Final Cut Pro Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Strong technical troubleshooting skills Ability to adapt quickly in live production environments Personal & Spiritual Qualifications Demonstrates outstanding Christian character and spiritual maturity Teachability, Flexibility, & Positivity A sincere love for God’s people Commitment to the mission and values of Frazer Creative mindset with a passion for excellence in production Strong organizational and communication skills Must pass a background check #J-18808-Ljbffr
