Recruiter/ Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will provide crucial support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Assistant will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for each position.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Create and maintain employee records.
• Assist with the management of the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Background/Drug Test/Everify

$25.00-28.00/hr DOE

Temporary

8:30am-5:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch.
