Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Floor Nurse to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to our residents, while promoting their independence and overall well-being. If you are a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence and overall well-being Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and stakeholders Demonstrate a commitment to infection control and safety, adhering to all policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and continuing educational programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and industry developments Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Ability to work night shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and making a difference in the lives of others What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A chance to make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families $27 up to $38 based on certification and experience Daily pay options #J-18808-Ljbffr
