Our success is based on the passion, design expertise and innovative strength of our more than 13,000 employees in 42 countries.## Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreate## **DEINE AUFGABEN:*** Mit präzisen Analysen und Reports unterstützt du die länderspezifischen Mengenmeldungen und schaffst die nötige Transparenz.* Du bist der zentrale Dreh- und Angelpunkt für alle übergreifenden Verpackungsthemen in unserem Unternehmensbereich.* Mit deinem Know-how garantierst du die konsequente Einhaltung und zukunftsgerichtete Entwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben für alle Verpackungsmaterialien, -kennzeichnungen und -prozesse.* Du navigierst sicher durch das komplexe Feld verpackungsbezogener Vorschriften und Gesetze (insbesondere PPWR und EPR-Regularien) und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab.* Durch präzise dokumentierte Stichprobenkontrollen stellst du die fortlaufende Konformität und Qualität unserer Verpackungen sicher.* Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere hochwertigen Villeroy & Boch Produkte jederzeit optimal geschützt sind – von der Lagerung bis zum Transport zum Kunden.* Du treibst die innovative Weiterentwicklung unserer Verpackungslösungen voran, immer mit Blick auf Nachhaltigkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Ressourceneffizienz.* Als Projektleiter:in verantwortest du Verpackungsprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung.* Du behältst die volle Kontrolle über unsere Verpackungskosten, inklusive der Entsorgung, und identifizierst Potenziale zur Effizienzsteigerung.* Du bringst dein Know-how aktiv in spannende bereichsübergreifende Projekte zu zukunftsweisenden Themen wie Digitalisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz ein und gestaltest so aktiv unsere Innovationen mit.## **DEIN PROFIL:*** Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die dir das nötige Rüstzeug für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe verleiht.* Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung (2-3 Jahre) gesammelt, vorzugsweise im dynamischen Feld des Verpackungsmanagements, und brennst darauf, dein Wissen und Können bei uns einzubringen.* Deine ausgeprägte analytische Stärke ermöglicht es dir, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und strukturiert anzugehen.
