Critical Operations.Industrial Mechanic – Anaerobic Digester OperationsHourly Range: $27.37 - $34.21 per hourNew employees start at $27.37 per hour for the first 150 working days. Upon successful completion of the introductory period, employees advance to $34.21 per hour.This role supports complex industrial processing operations including a world-class Anaerobic Digestion facility through hands-on maintenance of fixed mechanical and process-support systems. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will work within anaerobic digester facilities to keep critical equipment operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance. This is skilled, technical work in a regulated plant environment supporting renewable energy and advanced recycling.Why This Role MattersIndustrial mechanics are essential to plant uptime, safety, and environmental compliance. Your work directly supports continuous operations, energy production, and system reliability.What You’ll Do• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical process equipment• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine plant inspections• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency response activities• Interpret gauges, meters, and basic instrumentation readings• Work safely within industrial plant environments and follow LOTO and safety proceduresWhat We’re Looking For• 3–5 years of industrial or plant maintenance experience• Strong mechanical aptitude with rotating and process equipment• Familiarity with industrial plant environments• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds• Safety-focused, dependable work ethicPay & Schedule• Hourly pay• Shifts based on plant operational needs• Extended 10–12 hour shifts may be required• Overtime and emergency response coverage may be requiredAbout UsCR&R Incorporated is a leading waste and recycling services provider operating across multiple states.
