What Youll Do
- Conduct weekly home visits with foster youth
- Ensure safety stability and well-being
- Partner with DCF on permanency planning
- Provide case management & treatment planning
- Help youth build lifelong supportive connections
- Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage

What You Bring
- MSW or related degree preferred
- Bachelors 2 years experience working with children and families can replace MSW requirement.
- Ability to obtain social work licensure (LICSW LCSW LSW LSWA) within 6 months
- Valid drivers license insured vehicle
- Strong communication empathy and problem-solving skills
