RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This role requires rotating call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Description The Cath Lab RN will work in a complete Cath Lab environment, collaborating with Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and General Surgeons to provide comprehensive cardiac and peripheral services. This role includes participation in various procedures such as Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, Carotid diagnostic and stenting, and many others. Responsibilities Monitor patients in the Cath Lab using devices such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various atherectomy devices. Assist with pre and post-procedure care, including patient transport and other duties as assigned. Work with McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic Systems. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Proficiency in monitoring patients and experience with a variety of cardiac and peripheral interventional procedures are essential.
