Quality Control Specialist – Join Our Dedicated Team!

Step into a vital role where your attention to detail helps ensure the highest quality standards for our products. As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll be the key guardian of product integrity, working primarily on the 2pm – 10:30pm shift. After an initial 30–60 day training period on the 1st shift, you'll transition to your regular second shift schedule, with occasional opportunities to cover night shifts and weekends as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to follow standardized inspection procedures accurately
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working independently and maintaining focus during shift hours

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with quality control software or data entry systems
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to cover occasional night or weekend shifts
• Willingness to complete a 30–60 day training on the 1st shift
