Catholic Charities West Michigan (CCWM) seeks a MiFamily Together (MFT) Advocate based in Holland to provide essential in-home services to families in need. This role involves working directly with families for up to 180 days and helping them navigate various resources. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and experience in family support.
