It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):Complete the month end closing for assigned location(s), including appropriate accruals and journal entriesPrepare and present financial result analysis to operations and leadership teamsAct as the customer’s finance expert and leader in matters related to their invoicing and external budgeting cycles (Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly PO Budgets)Review monthly expense postings for accuracy and prepare reclasses as neededPrepare and submit monthly invoices and related back up to the customerCreate, analyze, and present internal budgets, periodic forecasts, and flash reporting as requestedProvide periodic and ad hoc financial reporting combining data from ERP systems, worksheets, and manual collection sourcesCreate & review periodic labor productivity reporting and metrics Liaise with HR regarding accurate position/task/financial coding of employeesPartner with temporary staffing agencies to confirm contracted hours, pay/bill rates, and related invoicingReview & approve A/P invoices for payment processingQualifications:4-year Accounting/Finance degree required5+ years of finance/accounting experience is required to be considered for this positionPrior experience with P&L analysis is a mustStrong understanding of internal & external budgeting and forecastingProficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsPrior experience in Logistics/Contract Logistics is a plus, but not requiredERP software experience (SAP) helpful, not requiredSkills For Success:Strong time managementComfortable working in a quantitatively heavy roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as this role is customer & senior leadership facingComfort with ambiguity and the ability to work both independently and with the teamMust be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol testsAdditional Information:Sr Analyst will report into the Area Senior Finance ManagerGrowing account with great potential for future advancementFor this position, the expected base pay range is $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 Annual.
