Funding Administrator

Summary The Funding Administrator utilizes industry experience and knowledge to help facilitate equipment lease and loan transactions for a team of seasoned Account Managers, and act as support for the Funding Department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate the collection of all stipulations and required funding documents Carefully review lease and loan funding documentation prior to forwarding to commencement Meet efficiency, productivity and quality targets as set out by Management Assist and increase the effectiveness and efficiency with improvements to function as well as coordinate and communicate between support and business functions Order inspections nationwide to ensure asset protection Prepare and place UCC filings and order lien searches Additional Responsibilities Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance Adhere to all Company Core Values, Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations Adhere to local, state, and federal laws Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management or the Sales team Understand and comply with all company rules and regulations Additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 1 year of industry funding experience preferred College degree preferred Competencies Ability to manage many tasks Professional communication – oral and written Able to navigate computer functions and learn new software quickly Confident Thorough Motivated by deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Regents Capital Corp.
