As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and impact our reputation as America's Leading Department Store. You have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the customer's shopping experience.

What You'll Do:

Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.

Develop relationships to grow your business.

Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience.

Ring POS transactions and key account information.

Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.

Achieve individual sales and account goals.

Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
