The Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Workforce Engagement & Inclusion Specialist. This role will advance employer engagement, support inclusive workforce strategies, and lead data tracking efforts. The ideal candidate will help ensure equitable access to opportunities across different populations, including people of color and those facing barriers to employment. This position will involve outreach to employers and monitoring of program activities. Compensation is up to $50,000 annually with a flexible schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
