About this role HVAC Global Operations (Commercial and Residential) North America is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our HVAC Aftermarket Planning team . Th e Senior Ma nager is responsible for leading the planning team which focuses on both the material planning and procurement activities and works to ensur e the seamless flow of materials to meet customer demand . This person must have a strong background in supply chain management, experience defining material planning and inventory strategies , and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively , and strong people leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Leadership : Lead and oversee the aftermarket material planning team, ensuring everyone is aligned with our strategic goals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement robust strategies for effective material management and purchasing activities . Ensure the seamless integration of supply chain processes to meet the company's aftermarket objectives. Inventory Management: Define appropriate inventory levels to balance supply and dema n d effectively, reducing excess stock while ensuring availability. Implement strategies for optimal inventory turnover. Collaboration : Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee the timely and accurate availability of materials. Build strong relationships to facilitate smooth operatio n s and effective communication. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to achieve better efficiency and performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that streamline operations and boost productivity. ERP Systems Management: Ensure the proper functioning of ERP systems, utilizing them to their full potential for efficient material planning and inventory control. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management. Minimum of 7 years of experience in material planning or supply chain management, with a focus on aftermarket services. 2 years managing and developing high-performing teams, driving measurable improvements in productivity and performance. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in supply chain management Certification in APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or similar Proficiency in material planning software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE Experience with international sourcing and procurement Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills M anage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Additional information Sponsorship is not supported for this position Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
