Our Customer Care Specialists are responsible for ensuring Customer Delight in all customer interactions./ppstrongPrimary Duties:/strong/pulliTaking and initiating all direct customer calls relating to the following: order status, order clarification, expected ship dates, shipping information including proof of deliveries and tracers; expediting, partial shipments, extended lead times and backordering of customer orders per customer request./liliResponsible for all customer orders generated by sales during entire order process, including data entry, review, calling customers for additional or missing information and order changes.
