We are a growing hardscaping and outdoor living company looking for an experienced Mason Crew Leader to join our team.
We specialize in creating high-end outdoor spaces, including paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, artificial turf, walkways, pool decks, and other custom hardscape projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside a small hardscape/masonry crew
- Install paver patios, walkways, walls, steps, and retaining walls
- Build outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other masonry features
- Perform grading, excavation, base preparation, and compaction
- Read and follow project plans and layouts
- Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and jobsite cleanliness
- Manage day-to-day production and keep projects moving efficiently
- Communicate with the owner and team regarding project progress and materials
- Operate common construction equipment and tools safely
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in masonry, hardscaping, or landscape construction
- Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation
- Experience leading a crew or managing jobsites
- Ability to read layouts, measurements, and project plans
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with outdoor kitchens, natural stone, artificial turf, or pool decks is a plus
