Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden. 2. Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices. 3. Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures. 4. Maintain confidential information on recipes. 5. Report all deviations from the recipe. IV. OPERATIONS: Possess good mechanical skills, troubleshooting skills, and general maintenance knowledge. Should be able to read and write English and do basic math. Requires knowledge of machinery, mechanisms, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, gears, seals, sprockets, belts, and vari-drives. Keep equipment functioning in a safe and efficient manner. Utilize skill and experience to perform inspections and repairs on equipment safely, accurately, and quickly. Work from Job Orders and P.M. cards that are assigned with minimal supervision or direction. Analyze malfunctioning equipment; determine the cause and cure. If possible, correct the problem safely and with minimal downtime and cost. Work with and communicate with various levels of supervision and personnel in all departments in a positive, professional manner. Job requires working in sub-zero temperatures. Employee is responsible for having tools needed and required to perform the above tasks. Employee is required to work at heights of over 100 ft.
