• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

• No inpatient work, no OB work
• 100% outpatient only 

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
• Passion for community-focused care
