THE ROLE

The Trading & Reporting Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting daily investment operations and client reporting. This position includes executing and monitoring trades across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and fixed income.

The associate will also prepare portfolio reports, performance summaries, and internal analytics to support advisors and inform client communication. The role involves collaborating with all Kera team members to ensure trading activities align with firm guidelines, assisting in cash management and allocations, and responding to inquiries related to accounts, positions, and performance.

The associate is expected to follow regulatory and compliance standards, contribute to process improvements, and provide timely, clear updates to internal stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience working with custodial or third-party trading platforms.
Series 66 license, or an active combination of Series 65 and Series 63 licenses.
2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment management, or a related financial services environment.
Experience supporting high net worth and ultra high net worth clients

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Hands-on experience with Orion Eclipse Trading
Experience with Addepar and consolidated portfolio reporting.
Experience working with FIX trading execution and trading across multiple custodians
Familiarity with portfolio rebalancing, trade settlement, reconciliation, performance reporting, and investment operations.
