Financial Advisor

Are you an experienced Financial Advisor or Wealth Management professional looking for an opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and grow into a larger role within an established practice? We’re looking for a client-focused, growth-oriented advisor to join a collaborative wealth management team in Olympia, WA. What You’ll Do Build and deepen long-term client relationships Conduct client reviews and support financial planning & investment management Identify opportunities to better serve existing clients and grow AUM Develop referrals and contribute to organic practice growth Work alongside experienced advisors while progressively taking ownership of client relationships What You Bring 3–7 years of wealth management / financial advisory experience Experience with financial planning and investment management Series 65 or Series 66 required Growth-oriented and highly coachable Proactive communicator with strong attention to detail Genuine passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships Ability to work fully on-site in Olympia, WA Nice to Have RIA + insurance or hybrid wealth management background Existing book of business or local network Experience with financial planning software Why This Opportunity?
