Overview Taco Bell Food Service Manager – Convenience Stores Inc, a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer service excellence, and drive store profitability. Manage merchandising, food service operations and employee staffing. Develop, coach and retain employees to create a positive store culture. Ensure compliance with company goals, policies and procedures. Conduct performance reviews, set objectives and drive store profitability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous people management experience. Self‑motivated, dependable with strong communication and supervisory skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable record. Basic language and mathematical skills. Physical Requirements Stand up to 10 hours per shift. Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop and occasionally climb a ladder. Use motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
