IT Support Specialist I Hiring Immediately; Salary pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY! Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 6am-3pm. Hybrid schedule after 60 days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: Depending on Experience Qualifications Someone who has invested time into their career. Sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS. Exposure to Active Directory. Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other hardware are no challenge to you. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting internal customers with strong customer service skills. Self‑motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to haves Bachelor's in IT or a related field. Exposure to hyper‑converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware. Exposure to server virtualization. Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS. Experience with ITIL.
