What You'll Do:

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and rehabilitative therapy for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing issues
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient care
• Complete discharge summaries and maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences
• Support supervision of CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists as needed
• Adhere to ASHA and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct standards

What You Need:

• Valid state licensure and active ASHA certification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong clinical skills in speech and language rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload
