Quality Engineering RolePayrate: $35.81 - $35.81/hr. Join our team at Operations for a dynamic role in Quality Engineering. This position is fully onsite, requiring a proactive individual comfortable with a factory environment. The role involves significant time on your feet and occasional intra-facility travel.Responsibilities:Work onsite in a shop floor position, adhering to a business casual dress code.Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance quality processes.Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols.Drive a company-owned Gator or tractor inside the factory as needed, following successful completion of safety training.Qualifications:Degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics.Open to recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internships.Ability to work onsite, with no remote work options available.Comfortable with factory environment and intra-facility travel.Client sponsorship is not available for this position.Skills:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.81 - $35.81 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
