Job Description PrideStaff in Herndon, VA is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team! Are you looking to make a difference in peoples' lives? Location: Herndon, VA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $42,500/Year + bonus potential Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities: Screen new applicants (online and via phone) and schedule interviews with appropriate Staffing Consultant. Administer appropriate job application documentation. Ensure timely and accurate entering of candidate data into Bullhorn (Applicant Tracking System). Assist Staffing Consultants with pro-actively recruiting candidates for open positions. Assist candidates with new hire paperwork. Process weekly payroll for all field associates on assignment. Perform company research to identify new client sales leads. Make discovery sales calls to determine if company is a user of staffing services. Be the first to answer incoming phone calls or to greet visitors to the office. Recruiting Assistant Requirements: 1-2 years professional experience with great typing and data-entry skills. Aptitude and willingness to engage in sales calls. A friendly, personable, and outgoing attitude. Professional communication skills - both verbal and written. Tech savviness and can quickly learn multiple new software programs. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Task-oriented and results-driven work ethic. Comfortable in a small office setting.
